This is the website for youth and parents to register for Passport Wingate, which will be held July 11-16, 2010. Please choose only ONE payment plan option.

Select one of the following payment methods for Passport. Remember; you will receive e-mail confirmation from Amanda (abradley@fbca.net) when she processes your registration. Upon confirmation, payments will be due on schedule.

OPTION 1: Pay In Full
Deposit ($75) due by October 26th
Balance ($275) due by June 15th

OPTION 2: Equal Installments
Deposit ($75) due by October 26th
5 Equal Payments ($55) due on the last day of November, February, March, April, and June 15th

OPTION 3: Extended Payment
Deposit ($75) due by October 26th
3 Equal Payments ($75) due on the last day of November, February, and April
Remainder ($50) due by June 15th
