Worship at First Baptist Church follows the Christian year, a rhythm of seasons formed around the pathway of Jesus' life on earth and resurrected presence today. A warmth of spirit and passionate faith give birth to creative innovation in our services. Excellent choral and instrumental music of diverse styles, corporate and private prayer, the reading of scripture, a variety of artistic expressions, and the proclaimed message create an experience unique to the worship of God. Congregational music includes the rich hymns of our faith from both the past and present. Our worship reflects the full body of Christ as all people are involved in worship leadership: clergy and laity, men and women, adults and children.
